A second federal judge ruled on Monday that it was unconstitutional for Congress to enact a health care law that requires all Americans to obtain health insurance.
Can somebody explain me why it is ok for the government to require from all drivers car insurance? Which is the difference? Car insurance companies do better with this deal than health insurance companies?
